I’m writing this because I got an email to write a review. I ordered around April 30th and it is currently June 27th. I haven’t received it. I FINALLY got a shipping notification like 7-10 days ago and it STILL hasn’t shipped. FedEx doesn’t even have the package. I’ve emailed and no one answered. So that’s where I’m at.

I would expect more proactive communication regarding logistics issues if that is the case. I still haven’t received the product, as it hasn’t been shipped and we’re now coming up on a month since ordering and paying. After asking for multiple updates, the reply I’ve gotten seems almost like they are annoyed I’m asking for updates on something I’ve paid for.
