I ordered the Captain Jack Sparrow premium frame with lighting. The picture quality and framing are stunning! Unfortunately, the original frame arrived damaged and it took a little while to hear back from customer service. Once they responded back they sent a replacement and made things right. I really appreciate them sending a new one and I am excited to start building my ship!
